OperaGlass Works is committed to maintaining the privacy of its website visitors and customers, and we want you to know that we never share any of the personal data we collect with third party marketers. There are two areas of the website that allow you to submit personal data: when you make a donation using the online form, and when you join our mailing list.
When you submit the online donation form, you’ll provide a name, address, telephone number and email address for our records of your donation. With the agreement of each donor, we claim Gift Aid, which requires us to maintain records of the submitted data for 6 years.
If you subscribe to our mailing list, you will receive occasional emails from us with news and information relating to our productions. You may unsubscribe from the mailing list using the link provided in the footer of every mail-out we send, or by making an unsubscribe request directly by email (see below). The data processor for our mailing list is MailChimp. You can read their privacy policy here.
At any time you can request to view, amend or erase our records of your personal data by emailing friends@operaglassworks.com
